Tacos Olé Food Truck and Catering is family-owned and operated by husband and wife Jesse and Yokima Perez. They call it a "labor of love" to put a smile on each and every face, one taco at a time. 

 

Tacos Olé gained their name from the legendary cry of the matador, and they channel that bold spirit into every ounce of their food, crafting tacos small in stature but massive in flavor, Texas-sized flavor.​ Our hospitality is as Texas-sized as the flavor of our food.

The matador is legendary in many Spanish-speaking countries. He embodies boldness, inspiration and bravery. When he engages the bull, he often boastfully proclaims "Ole’" to the roaring cheers of the crowd. That declaration of self, of life, of victory in the moment is to be celebrated. Combine that with the adrenaline fueled by the anticipation of what’s to come. That is bold exhilaration. Salacious. That is the foundation of Tacos Olé.
